After joining the service industry, I realised i'd changed alot.

I can't tolerate sucky service anymore.

Just wrote a 1page long complaint letter to Singpost, hopefully they'd do sth about it. Lazy faggot postman(s) should be dealt with. I don't wanna waste off days sitting @ home waiting for parcels t arrive & end up receiving delivery advices anymore.
